Good show
Character may be manifested in the great moments but it is made in the small ones -- Philip Brooks
My ship finally came in, but it was the Kobayashi Maru.
Sigh
I always miss it. Any chance it’s up for us podcasters soon?

Afterthought
Someone mentioned during the show of possibly going 5-1 in the division. 4-2 is more likely. I checked on some stats during the show last night (amongst other things I was doing) and something struck me. I’m assuming the “1” in “5 and 1” is believed to come at the hands of the Chargers. Wrap your brains around this; in the last 18 years, since the 1992 season, the Broncos are 17-19 against Kansas City. This record includes a home record of 13-5 against the Chiefs and 4-14 in KC. Over the same time period the Broncos have swept the Chiefs TWO TIMES (‘07 and ’02) whereas the Chiefs have swept the Broncos three times (’00, ‘99, and ’95). My point here is that year after year I feel like fans look at our games against KC and automatically chalk both up as wins. This has rarely been the case. It would be more accurate to chalk up a W at home and an L in Kansas City. And don’t sleep on KC in December (though the trend was reversed last year). I’m as hopeful as the next fan, but I try to temper my expectations when it comes to the Chiefs.
Absolutely
Arrowhead is one of the toughest places to play in the NFL
