Yikes indeed

I feel for him. He was gonna help us after his suspension was up, too. But this gives an opp to Ball and Hall.

Yes, just someone tell me...

Ryan Harris is going to be ok.

I didn’t see the game but turned on KOA just in time to hear him go down.

So, someone tell me he’s ok.

Even if it isn’t true. Just…tell me that.

You're either a fan or you're not.

What happens if I'm wrong?

He’s gonna be ok. Don’t hurt me if I’m wrong.

It didn't sound too serious to me

it was his ankle not his knee, for one thing. We were worried it was his knee at first. Whether it’s a sprain or just a deep bruise is another thing. It certainly didn’t seem to be like a broken ankle or anything. And he was able to walk around. So whether it’s not even enough to keep him out next week or something that will keep him out a few games is the question at this point… Fingers crossed!

It didn't look too bad to me

I think he banged up his ankle a bit. If he misses time, it won’t be much

He was walking around OK afterwards, he’ll be fine I think.

I do not want our starters to play in the last preseason game next year.

Having an injury to a guy like Harris is so very avoidable with common sense. Did our #1s really need a tune up vs Minnesota’s scrubs?

Denver: 32-32 until we're not.

by McGeorge on Sep 3, 2010 8:59 AM MDT reply actions

I normally agree

But I can see us doing it this year since it was a Thursday game and we had some starters getting back that needed a warm-up. Plus I think it is good to see the running game get a shot at a few plays as that needs the most work.

Agreed. Normally it would make me nervous

(well it still made me nervous) but they had quite a few starters who had barely played if at all in the preseason who needed to get out there (Clady, Buck, etc). No way they play in the 1st game if they didn’t get some action in this one. (I’m still dubious KnowMo plays in Jax but we’ll see.)

Under normal circumstances

But, our o-line hasnt had any reps together so it made sense. Of course in hindsight, not so much.

So now Tebow has to become Steve Young for Shannon to say he was wrong?

No pressure, son.

Sigh.

I don't get it

When he used to work for the Rocky Mtn News, I thought Legwold was a great beat writer. Then the News folded and he was picked up by the Post, now he doesn’t seem as good. The Post hasn’t had good Broncos coverage since Adam Schefter left….
