The Draft and Speed

On thing I have noticed over the last few years is how much faster other teams are on defense that we are.  We keep saying we have fast guys but...... they are 3rd on the depth chart or on the practice squad.  I feel one big key to the people we Draft is the "need for speed".   With the Chiefs becoming speed demons is this an issue we need to address sooner than later?

So I pose this question to all of you mock draft gurus. (I love mock drafts but have no time to put into doing one on my own intelligently)  Oh and Skotty  yours is still my favorite.

Are the people we are hoping and assigning to our picks increase our team speed? IF not, should we be looking at that as a very valuable attribute.  Which players show great quickness and talent?

Thanks for all of you who will now go and check into this and report back.
