Here are the CORRECT 2011 draft positions for the Broncos
I have read way too many incorrect posts as to where the Broncos will draft. Here is the official Bronco positions;
#2 Round 1 Slot 2
#36 Round 2 Slot 4 (since we tied with Cin and Buf, each round we rotate)
#46 Round 2 Slot 14 (Miami tied with St Louis so they rotate)
#67 Round 3 Slot 3 (still rotate)
192 Round 6 Slot 32 (NE for Maroney)
194 Round 7 Slot 2
Our 4th went to NE for Lawrence Maroney and their 6th
Our 5th went to Tampa Bay, we then selected Syd'Quan Thompson and Timmy Kirlew
Our 6th plus Peyton Hillis and a 2012 conditionall went to Cleveland for Brady Quinn

Our 5th went to Tampa
when we selected Syd’Quan and Kirlew…not Perrish.

Ok, I think this is still not quite accurate
we traded our 7th along with Alphonso Smith for Gronkowski and a 6th if memory serves me right.

yep....that's for real
My own comment would be that the Broncos have to be VERY deligent
in this draft. We really only have four picks BUT they are within the 70 best players. #2 has to be a franchise impact player such as Peterson or Fairley. Then in round two take the two BPA at DL or CB. If we take Peterson then I like Watt and Austin. If we take Fairley then I like Crick and Harris but he went back to school so then Williams. Round 3 same BPA defense.
I can. If he would have done his homework he would have seen that the best teams (including the one he came and learned from)
build good teams through the draft. trading our future for failed experiments warrants a lot of blame.

Blame? Who blames Shanahan for the 11 lost years?
I don’t, but wish things could have been better along the losing trail…
I guarantee the Broncos make some trades to get more picks
I could see Royal or Orton def being traded
It's Jammie Kirlew.

NE pick
The NE pick may change based on how they fare in the playoffs. It will only be the 32nd pick of the round if they win the Super Bowl.
Curious on Miami pick
I had them at #15/47 in the second round, because they’re at #16 in the first, or so I thought. My problem wasn’t with any of the ideas; just the math — apparently. Blame it on my eyes because I did know that either Seattle or St. Louis was going to the playoffs, as well as realizing that the rotation would move Miami up in the following round. Despite all that, I still miscounted in my first MOCK some how — don’t know how, just sloppiness, I guess.
BTW — I really don’t mind because it moves us up.
Here’s my initial order: (tied groups rotate with the top member dropping and remaining members rising in each round)
1) – Carolina
2) – Denver
3) – Buffalo
4) – Cincinnati
5) – Arizona
6) – Cleveland
7) – San Francisco
8) – Tennessee
9) – Dallas
10) – Washington
11) – Houston
12) – Minnesota
13) – Detroit
14) – Saint Louis
-———————————————-(?) Seattle (order determined by playoffs)
15) – Miami
16) – Jacksonville
17) – Oakland
18) – San Diego
-———————————————-(?) Kansas City
19) – New York (Giants)
-————————————————(?) Indianapolis
20) – Tampa Bay
-————————————————-(?) – Philadelphia
-————————————————-(?) – Green Bay
(?) – New Orleans
-————————————————-(?) – Chicago
-————————————————-(?) – New York (Jets)
(?) – Baltimore
-—————————————————(?) – Pittsburgh
(?) – Atlanta
(?) – New England
BTW — the compensatory picks will start at the end of the 3rd, and they’re assigned at the annual meeting.

The above listing is hard to read
I see that that I forgot to put the line in front of New Orleans, Baltimore, Atlanta & New England. All teams after (20) Tampa Bay are in the playoffs so they should have their draft position determined by the playoffs. I simply tried to be consistent in how I ordering the teams by record.

Looks like our 1st and late 2nd (#46) will be enough to get us the #1overall pick from Carolina or maybe our 1st, 3rd and Orton.
1st pick =3000
2nd pick =2600
46th pick =440
After watching Stanford’s game and how excited Elway was about Luck I think we are trading up.
Maybe Luck will pull up an Elway and refuse to play for any other team but the Broncos
