Why is Tebow only successful late in games? I really hate the whole game manager approach by most coaches. Instead of telling the player to go out there and win the game, their telling them to go out there and not lose the game. Instead of thinking about making plays their thinking about not turning the ball over. This has to stop. Obviously Tebow can make the plays when the team is down and they have to spread it out and hurry up, so why not take that approach earlier in the game. Nobody uses a fullback any more so they should be 3 wr, Decker, Thomas, and Royal, 1 te, Fells, and a RB all game.
Just a thought, with Decker at 6-3 218 and Thomas at 6-3 235, the coaches should be telling them to man handle the smaller CBs in every running play. Beat them up all game and by the fourth quarter the CB's will dread having to cover them
