By 'move on' i dont think trading or getting rid of him is the answer.

He is very talented, just not a 1st/2nd down back. that is all.

He has the tools to be a great 3rd down back. We’ve just been using him the wrong way. He isn’t a bruiser that can carry it 30 times a game. Besides, I like the new dynamic with Willis starting and KM coming off the bench.
