Tebow had 3 fumbles one of which was returned for TD, and then Houston picked off a 100 yard pick 6 interception for another score. The final score in the route was Detroit 45 and Denver 10.

Tebow failed to make plays and the Broncos only scored 3 points in the first half.  Tebow was 18 for 39 and only 172 yards passing. Tebow was often inaccurate passing, but a lot of it was caused by Detroit's great pass rush. The third down efficiency rate for the Broncos was only 14 percent. Part of  the blame for the route has to be on Denver's offensive line that allowed 7 sacks.

The Broncos pass defense was also really lacking with Stafford throwing 3 touchdowns.

This game shows that Tebow and the Broncos offense, and defense were basically crushed by the Lions.

Tebow needs to work on his throwing accuracy. Orton probably would have made this game competitive but the Lions probably would have won by a lower margin.

Tebow has the remaining games of this season to prove he is ready to continue as starting QB for the Broncos.

If Tebow's performance in this game is any indication he will probably be gone before next season or demoted back to backup QB.
