Fantasy trade question

This really isn't a Broncos related question but this is the football site I follow most and everyone here knows what they're talking about so I'll ask it here.  My football team is named T-Bone's Wildhorse Beatdown (inspired by Teboner). In my league we start two TE's every week.

My team's roster and the league are wet up as follows

QB: Cam Newton

RBs: Lesean McCoy

Michael Turner

WRs:  Brandon Lloyd

Devery Henderson

Antonio Brown

TEs:  Tony Gonzalez

Todd Heap

W/R: Fred Jackson

W/T: Pierre Garcon

R/W/T: Darren Sproles

K: Jason Hanson

DEF: Lions

Bench: David Nelson

Matt Ryan

Lee Evans

Chad Ochocinco

Anthony Fasano

Texans

The trade scenario goes like this:

Another team has Kevin Kolb,  Antonio Gates, Kellen WInslow and Kevin Boss.  He wants a TE to start for him this week because WInslow and Gates are both injured and is willing to trade Kolb.  His starting quarterback is Aaron Rodgers.  My trade proposal would be to trade Todd Heap and Matt Ryan for Kevin Kolb and Antonio Gates.  I know this wouldn't solve his TE problem, but it would give him a pair of excellent QBs.  It would also give me two of the best TEs whenever Gates is ready.  I think the trade would improve both of our teams in the long run, but I am not sure.  I'm not sure how good I'd feel about finishing the season with Cam Newton and Kevin Kolb at QB and I'm also not even sure Antonio Gates will heal.

What do you guys think.  Do you think this trade would improve my team?
