The Denver Broncos encourage all fans to arrive early and be in their seats by 6 pm on Thursday to enjoy the Military Salute to Service before kickoff at 6:29 pm against the New York Jets at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

Before the game, the team will honor the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Wounded Warriors and Military Order of the Purple Heart on the field with game balls from former Broncos players Billy Thompson, Randy Gradishar and Simon Fletcher. Three members of the Tuskegee Airmen will be honored in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the Tuskegee Airmen.

Navy Seal Jon Cummings will serve as an honorary game captain and join the team captains for the coin toss.

Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Salvatore Guinta will be recognized prior to the singing of the National Anthem, which will feature a field-size American Flag, held by members of the military. Guinta is the first living soldier from the wars in Iraq or Afghanistan to receive this highest decoration for valor.

Dave Roever will be recognized as the Broncos Country Hero of the game during the first timeout. Roever was a member of the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War when he was injured by a grenade. He travels the globe taking a message of hope to U.S. troops in war zones. Roever founded the Wounded Warriors Alliance to help restore hope, provide keys for success and train today's wounded warriors to have meaningful futures.

At halftime, Universal Music Group Recording Artist Jessie James will perform live with the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders. She recently headlined a tour in Japan for service members and their families. Her soon-to-be released sophomore album, My Sweet American Dream, features a track titled "Military Man," which was written for her father.

All active and veteran members of the military will gain free admission to the Broncos Barn with accompanying tickets and military ID.
