The Denver Broncos are 6-5 and on the cusp of the NFL Playoffs. The defense has played out of its mind, and Von Miller could break the rookie sack record (14.5) held by Jevon Kearse. Brian Dawkins looks 5 years younger, and the defensive line that was supposed to be a weakness is getting it done when it matters most.
Oh yea, and Tim Tebow is now 5-1 as the starting quarterback for the Broncos this season. He gets all the pub - much like every quarterback in the NFL. Too much credit and too much blame. We are halfway through the 11-game audition for Tebow that started back after the Broncos fell to 1-4. At that time, we all felt the next 11 games would be a good indicator of what the Broncos should do in the 2012 NFL Draft. It was my assertion that Tebow would need to play the Broncos out of a Top-5 pick in order to be given a shot after the season.
Boy, has he done that. So, as a mid-term, I ask you, Broncos Country, if the season ended today, has Tim Tebow shown you enough to be given the off-season to prepare 100% as the starting quarterback of the Denver Broncos? In order to avoid a comment battle, I am closing the comments on the poll. Let the results stand on their own.
