Am I the only one who sees the connection? These guys are the football version of David Wards baseball comedy. Nobody gives us a chance, nobody believed in us, its been debated if even our FO wants them to win.(I don't believe this by the way). They are a group of veterans who never got to the big game, and young guys who fly by the seat of there pants.

This rag tag group has a belief and trust in one and other. They play rowdy and inspired. There coach is old school. He doesn't care how we win as long as we win. Now for a little character comparison:

Jake Taylor - Old Vet playing inspired ball, while teaching the young team how its done. BRIAN DAWKINS

Roger Dorn - pre-Madonna who eventually grows on you, also makes big play when needed. ANDRE GOODMAN

Lou Brown - Old school coach, just wants to win. John Fox

Willie Mays Hayes - while inconsistent can be brilliant - Eric Decker

Pedro Cerrano - Big Hitter who cant seem to diversify - Orlando Franklin (he can run block/but needs work in pass protection

Eddie Harris - older pitcher being replaced - Kyle Orton

Ricky Vaughn - Wild pitcher, inconsistent accuracy,fan favorite - Tim Tebow

unfortunately in my scenario John Elway becomes Rachel Phelps haha.

I'll leave you with this little bitty:

Taylor: "Well then I guess there's only one thing left to do!",

Dorn: "What's that?",

Taylor: "Win the whole effen'thing!"
