Actually, I've been waiting weeks for this game. Like most Boston sports fans, we appreciate Cinderella-stories. Pats and Brady in the '01 season, Sox in '04, Celtics, Bruins, all these teams have in the past decade made us appreciate underdogs all the more. And winning.
I haven't met anyone in New England who hates Tim Tebow for his faith. Some question his throwing ability(which seems to be improving) but all I've met thus far around here for football fans are Tebow fans. When they played the Jets on Thursday night an entire bar was cheering for him to embarress Rex Ryan. He didn't disappoint us and he's still winning games he wasn't suppose to win. Plus, Von Miller has looked like an absolute beast all year.
I was hoping it'd be a night game because this game will absolutely have a playoff atmosphere that football fans all around the country would love to see. With how things are going, football fans all over the country might still have that chance in the playoffs. I can't root for you guys during this Sunday's game but I am rooting for you guys to make it past the regular season. Plus, we of course got the Raiders #2 draft pick.
