Each week the pressure and coverage would have gotten worse and worse (yes, it could have). And while Tebow handles the pressure so much better than I could ever hope to, he is still just a 24 year old kid. I think this may ground him a bit and force the team as a whole to really bear down and focus.
That is not to be taken as a critisism, just an optimistic view of a pretty good drubbing.
The coaches probably learned a lot and maybe can use some of that info in the upcoming draft as well. As far as I am concerned, all my questions have been answered this year. I think Tebow IS the QB of the future for Denver. I think his growth has been very good and his potential is looking even better. I mean this is with no offseason, new coaches, etc...
