ROUND 11: Broncos' best cheerleader tournament

Once again, sorry for the delay to the contest. As those of you who saw my fanshot know, I had a nasty computer virus Monday morning and had to completely wipe my hard drive to get rid of it. Luckily I had just backed up my of my important files, so I didn't lose too much. Unfortunately though, almost everything to do with this tournament was lost though. The only thing I had left was a rough draft of the tournament bracket that I had emailed to myself. But, I've refound on the website's I use, redownloaded all the images and remade everything. In fact, I think the only difference moving forward will be that I lost all of my fonts that I've collected over the years. Thanks for being patient with me during this time though, and let's get to it.

First of all, thanks to all who voted and congratulations to Katie W. for winning Round 10 of our cheerleader tournament. Also, another big Mile High Salute to Christina for her showing. Katie pulled out an early lead, but saw Christina make a huge comeback late in the voting. As Christina credits Tim Tebow for her fandom, I was really starting to picture how poetic it would be for her to win in the last second. Unfortunately for her, Katie regained her lead at the end of voting and walked away with the victory.

For those of you who are new to this series, here's the usual introduction: I got the idea for this while visiting the Phinsider website. They were doing a short bracket of cheerleaders from around the league. I figured that wouldn't work for us though since we all know we have the best cheerleaders there are. So, I built bracket for the best of the best. To be fair, all entries were selected with a random number generator. I'd like to wrap this up on Super Bowl Sunday, so that means a new vote every 3 or 4 days. It doesn't matter how you vote, but I'll be giving the information and pictures from the Broncos' website. You can base your vote on who you perceive to be the biggest fan, whose personality you like the best or plain and simple looks (of course, the info will still probably have to play a part since they're all obviously 10s of course).

So, without further adieu, I present Round 11 of the tournament .

If you can't see the full bracket, just click on the picture. It should take you to the source image.

Being a well-rounded individual! It is important to be YOURSELF, as a Denver Broncos Cheerleader. There are so many different responsibilities and experiences within the position that I feel it is important to incorporate all you've learned and all of who you are, into everything you do.

Most memorable experience?
I was extremely blessed to have been asked to go on an AFE (Armed Forces Entertainment) tour last season to Guam. It was truly eye-opening to see what daily life is like for our troops overseas. Having the opportunity to be the little piece of "home" to them was more rewarding than I could have ever imagined. I will treasure each connection I made with our soldiers in Guam.

In what area of your life have you achieved the most success?
I think I have been successful in following my heart in achieving my goals. I have been blessed with so many opportunities and am truly grateful for the impact each one of them has had on me and the relationships I have built through them. They all have shaped me into the person I am today. For me, it has been important to set goals for myself and achieve them, but also to be open to the unexpected opportunities life may present.

So Round 11 brings us a battle of a teacher vs. a professor. One got here thanks to the bye while the other had to work her way in, but they're both longtime fans of the Broncos. Once again, please feel free to add your opinions and any info you can find on these lovely ladies, and let me know if there's anything I can do to improve this series.

And I just want to say thank you again to MHR. My knowledge of football has expanded exponentially since I started coming to this site and I still find myself so far behind some of the great members here. I figured this contest would be a good way to give something back. Go Broncos!
