Holy S#*t!!!
Great game, especially in the second half! I was on the edge of my seat for almost the entire game.
Some miscellaneous thoughts:
- We had a Thomas sighting today! Demaryius Thomas, that is.
- Willis McGahee played another great game, giving heart, body, and soul.
- Brian Dawkins was all over the field, and kept encouraging his teammates when on the sideline.
- Tim Tebow threw some excellent passes, even including one long one near the end zone that the receiver (DT?) couldn't quite bring in. And speaking of receivers named Thomas - what's going on with Julius Thomas? He and Green don't seem to get many opportunities, so I guess Fells and Rosario must be doing OK.
- Mario Haggan was fabulous in relief of Von Miller - not just the interception, but rushing and tackling, too. Can't wait to get Von back, though.
- The defensive line also played very well, particularly Bunkley, McBean, Dumervil, Ayers and Hunter, but some of the DBs got killed by Harvin. Chris Harris has been an excellent find, but we could sure use a talent infusion back there from next year's draft, or from this year's rookies improving. Goodman and McCarthy got victimized too often, even though Goodman did make a play to set up the winning score at the end of the game.
- In general, the offensive line played well, though Clady seems to be having an off year with all of his penalties.
- Special teams, as usual, was superb, limiting the Vikings and then winning the game with field goals at the end.
- It was a pleasure to see the team score 35 points, and we needed all of them. Makes you wonder how well this team could play if they had had a training camp with the new coaches.
- I'll bet Christian Ponder is going to be REALLY sore after this game! What a pounding!
Wow! First place in the AFC West with 4 games to go and tie-breaker advantages over the most likely teams for the wild-card spots! GO BRONCOS!

Great game, indeed!
That near touchdown to DT was really close. If you watch closely, DT started to stop, then had to start back up again to try to get to the ball. It seemed pretty obvious to me that DY thought it would be a back-shoulder throw, and Tebow instead dropped it over the defender perfectly. Nobody at fault here, this is just two young guys getting to know how the other one thinks. I am betting very strongly that the next time we see this play, they are on the same page.
Give this young team a FULL off season together Watch Out...Actually better WATCH OUT this season
" He conquers who endures."
I didn't see it that way
Seeing our CB and DT play today left a lot to be desired. The 2012 draft will need to address CB and DT early so we don’t get one CB smoked or run on at will like we did often today.
Mays and DJ did not play well today. Goodman was dreadful until he made the game winning play. Guess that is what they mean when they say CBs need a short memory.
Tim Tebow is Denver's 2012 starting QB. I'm not even kind of sorry that offends some of you.
If there were only Marvin Hagler's in the world then there wouldn't be any need for Sugar Ray Leonards...
But, i get what your talking about. First pick a RT huh?
The most valuable possession you can own is an open heart. The most powerful weapon you can be is an instrument of peace.

Amazing how much of an impact Von has on our secondary and line no? incredible.
Tim Tebow wears 3WM and drinks Tuscan whole milk.

I agree with you about any defensive backs not named Dawkins, Bailey or Harris, though I thought the DTs were OK. DJ also had a key penalty, if I remember correctly. Mays I didn’t notice much, other than one hit.
I’m expecting Goodman to get beat out by somebody next year. He’s too inconsistent.
Thought the tackles could have played better but weren’t bad by any means…gerhart just ran through mays and dj missed tackles. Maya was much worse but a lot of missed tackles on gerhart we miss Von for sure. I think hagan needs to replace mays in the middle. I can’t see why not if he’s playing outside he’s got the speed to play with Von and dj in the 4-3 look.
Goodman was dreadful we need someone who can handle getting throw at more because of champ. Harris, syd and Vaughn are decent prospects but I expect us to draft one in round 1 or 2 and or possibly address it in FA.
