Redemption is Goodman
I was watching the game today and felt just as lost and confused watching our defense today as Andre Goodman looked playing within that defense on the field....I bet y'all felt the same way
I mean for nearly 59 minutes Goodman was playing by far his worst game of the season. I mean soft coverages, piss por tackling, and overall just a lack of interest it seemed. And on top of all that when he was in position instead of turning his head for the easy pick he either let it bounce of him or got hit with the flag. I'm not going to go to the in and outs of all the plays...I'm sure you know which ones I'm talking about.
Through out it all...... I felt he was going to make "the play"....every series in the second half I was waiting for it.....then finally, Goodman......pulled a Tebow....and it was sweet....and true to the form of this team it was the perfect time....like a 95 yard drive, scoring 15 points in the final 5 minutes, winning a road game in KC with two completions, an opposing kicker pebowing than yanking a FG...
Its hard to explain, but the one thing I do know, we find ourselves in first place, and I love this team....
WHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
Go Broncos!!!!

LOL! What???
"If you went to the Fair with this guy and you played that game where you have to throw the ball through the hole..... HE may never get it through the hole, but he's still gonna be walking away with all the stuffed animals" Prime on Tebow!!!

Goodie had his best game, so far, last week against the Dolts
and he’s redeemed himself twice now with a critical, momentum shifting pick, after playing hideously for the majority of those games (Jets ~ Vikes). I would say cut him next year (or let him walk if he’s a FA), but it might be wise to keep him around as a 3rd, 4th guy, in a reserve role just for his interception ability in key times. I’m sure Dennis Allen loves Goodie because he preaches interceptions (just look at those Saint D’s), and Goodie has been the only one who’s done it consistently.

Yeah he's a weird player to gauge...
He’ll be opportunistic….but then just look Flat lazy or out of it….it’s weird….but he comes up with big plays for sure.
Not sure what we do with him, age is against him, but our depth at DB is going for him….time will tell

Goodie was just lulling them to sleep so he could make a big play in the end! All in the gameplan...LOL
The most valuable possession you can own is an open heart. The most powerful weapon you can be is an instrument of peace.
Carlos Santana
Not so fast...
The guy has lost it – he was beat all game long….if he hadnt’ve given so much away all game long we never would been the whole he dug for us….so yes, he made a play to make up – this time…and next time? He would have been the goat of the game if we lost it for sure…Im sure he will hear about his play from teammates and coaches on film…2012 Rd 1…CB please?

Eh....
When is the last time we drafted a CB that didn’t suck? That is a very hard position to evaluate bc it takes so long to develop and mature. Every once in a while you get a no brainier like Charles Woodson or pat peterson, but even those guys had growing pains. 1st round might b too high a value for such a risky position especially when u can grab a vet in FA. 1st round picks should be spent upfront… Lb, dt, de, ol, since those guys usually hit the ground running
Even Brandon Marshall could have made that catch.
It was a horrible throw. Goodman was the closest player. It hit him right between the numbers. That interception had nothing to do with anything Goodman did.
DK is right on: Goodman’s lost it. Sad to say…
Truth shall be known.

Sit Goodman and play the Rookie Chris Harris
Give Harris some regular reps. Fox and Allen are both excellent back end coaches and I believe they can bring Harris up to a competitive level.
Goodman looked like he was just doing a walk through for most of that Vikes game and his mind and body were not focused on the important business at hand of grabbing a share of first place after the Raiders were getting beaten by Miami.
