A couple of honest questions - really

1. Do other VP of Football Operations get questioned about thier team as much as Elway or is it because of who he is?

2. Do you think Willis Mcgahee will make it to the end of the season with no more major injuries?

Qualifying statements:

There is a lot of people complaining about Elways inability or unwillingness to commit to T2. I was wondering if, because of his position, if that should even be a concern. I am not (yet) a complete NFL freak. I try to read and watch everything I can about the Broncos and not so much on any of the other teams, so I am wondering how often the VPOFO's on other teams get interviewed. I know that the Cowboys owner gets interviewed (by anyone stupid enough to make eye contact).

I am not questioning his toughness, I think he already proved he can work through most issues. It just seems he has a lot of little things that happen. He has really come through so many times this year I would hate to lose him. Do we want to draft a pounding backup for him?
