Demaryius Thomas injury a blessing in disguise?

I don't wish ill of any Bronco or football player for that matter. But an interesting conversation was brought up on 104.3 the fan during the drive, which was would D. Thomas be able to recover fully from his achilles injury. The concensouos that this injury robs players of their explosion and it is a hard injury to recover from and ever be the same player they were before. But in that same conversation, another idea was brought up, and that was to move Demaryius Thomas to TE, since it would be doubtful he would ever recover the burst to make him an elite WR. But his frame he could make an excellent pass catching TE, and have a similar transition that Shannon Sharpe had from college. It also would allow guys like Decker and Willis to get some looks next season, and WR is definately not a position of need; but we defeinately could use a pass catching TE. So I leave it to you, should the Broncos move forward with the idea of sitting Thomas for next season to allow him to fully recover and add bulk to his frame, and also learn the position of TE?
