however it depends on how the owners view the situation. If they are looking for a long term approach, these guys are all billionaires and a lockout could still happen.
If they are looking short term, then yes, cap the rookies and get stuff in motion.
Even tho this is a victory for the NFLPA, it might not be the straw that breaks the camels back.
