Denver Broncos V.P. John Elway announced, via Twitter, of course, that the team had extended qualifying offers to several of their restricted free agents:
We extended qualifying offers today to the following Broncos RFAs: Ryan Harris, Matt Prater, Marcus Thomas, Kevin Vickerson, Wesley Woodyard.

What that all means in a new CBA remains to be seen. The NFLPA has continued to arguethe validity of the tags this off-season, though plenty of free agents, like Michael Vick of the Philadelphia Eagles and Haloti Ngata of the Baltimore Ravens have already signed their franchise tenders.
Personally, I would like all five to return to the Broncos next season.
