Broncos Make Major Announcement

No one knows what any team WILL do at any given position of any round of the next draft.  Therefore when posters submit a mock, that mock tends to be what the author would be happy with if his or her team followed the mock; not what is going to happen, should happen, might happen etc.  So here is what this Bronco fan would be satisfied with following the first three rounds of the upcoming 2011 Rookie Draft:

Carolina takes Dareus #1 and Denver trades it's 2nd overall to Dallas for the numbers 9, 40 and 71 overall.  Dallas takes Cam Newton.  When number 9 arrives Denver trades the pick to New England for numbers 17, 28 and 74.  Denver makes one last trade at 17; shipping that pick to Philly for numbers 23 and 54 overall.  Denver proceeds to pick

23: DT

28: DE

36: S

40: ILB

46: OLB

54: OL (Somone who COULD play RT or will allow Beadles to move out there.  I actually have OG going here)

67: DT

71: TE

74: RB

The names are not important because they simply distract readers from the true point of the exercise.  Denver's needs are so vast as to transcend any single player and or position and therefore none of has time to read how this guy went to high, or this guy will be gone at this pick or this guy is ok but this guy would be better.   No one has a clue at this point.   You must trust the author that these positions represent men we have heard of and that they are selected within their value range, for lack of a better term.  I would be thrilled if this were to happen, but none of us has any clue if it will.  Maybe I will post the names on May 1st?
