First things first, you need a sales team, and I'm not talking Xanders here, for this exercise he's the F&I guy who gets the numbers on paper after the deals are agreed to and BTW the last guy I want talking to my customers... err free agents. I want firepower, willpower and horsepower. So let's say we start with Dawkins, Tebow, Champ and BLoyd on the front line, two for O and 2 for D. High energy leaders who are fearless, have the rep and are willing to do whatever it takes to make this team a championship team now ! Then EFX identify the highest profile targets, the must haves, the difference makers the FA's that EFX have identified as tier 1and we unleash the Wolverine, the Tebow the Champ and the coolest WR in the game. As anyone who has ever bought a car knows you've gotta have a closer, the magic man in the office that gets deals closed. Someone who doesn't just know the game and the numbers but knows what motivates people and how to motivate people to make decisions. Who better than the ultimate closer, a man who not only has more comebacks and the 2nd most W's in NFL history but also knows a little bit about car sales...that's right meet the sales manager..errr VP John (sign right here) Elway. Hey I know this is a really stupid fantasy, but this is gonna be unlike any free agent signing period ever and calls for some serious creative planning and aggressive tactics...on the other hand I'm probably just giddy that we're finally gonna have some FOOTBALL !!!!!!
