Virgil Green's represation, X-A-M Sports, reported via twitter that the TE has agreed to terms with the Denver Broncos.  Sources are placing the deal at $2.16 Million over four years. Green was the Broncos 7th round selection (#204 overall) in the 2011 NFL Draft.  He is the first of the Broncos 2011 draft picks to sign with the team.
Green will reportedly wear #86.

Here are Worthington's thoughts on Green when the selection was made back in April.

Green was considered by many to be the best athlete at this year's combine. Measuring in at 6'3'', 249 lbs, his 42.5 inch vertical jump was tops among all players, and second all time for tight ends. Green was an explosive play maker for Colin Kaepernick, averaging almost 15 yards per catch. He still needs refinement in his route running and blocking skills, but his size and athleticism will make him an immediate contributor on special teams.
