The Pats have released 6 vets to make room for Albert Haynesworth and the Chad OchoCinco's contracts. The veterans include long time end, Ty Warren, OLB/DE Tully Banta-Cain, and newly signed Marcus Stroud. What does it mean for the Broncos?
I think we'd be wise to go after both Warren and Stroud to play in the middle of our line. Warren is a great teammate and has had high praise from Pats coaches and players over the years, though he isn't quiet an elite player any longer due to injuries the past couple seasons, a switch to a 4-3 could do a lot for him. Stroud is a savvy veteran that could fit in well with some of our guys like Champ and Dawkins, and bolster our interior pass rush.
Thoughts on any of these guys?
