What is the deal with McGahee?

Who is holding up this deal? Yesterday it read like a sure thing! I understand deals falling through, but whose end of this is the problem. It won’t be the end of the world if we don’t sign him, but it was nice to see something concrete.

And thanks for the tracks, now that there are some!
