It appears that the knee injury that RB Mario Fannin incurred on August 5th has effectively ended his run with this year's Denver Broncos. Taking Fannin's place on the squad is RB C.J. Gable, claimed off of waivers from the New Orleans Saints.
Gable was an undrafted free agent out of USC. During his collegiate career he rushed for over 1,549 total yards on 308 attempts and scored 15 total TDs (2 receiving TDS). He checks in at 6'0", 205 lbs and is 23 years old.
