Karmic Balancing!
Back in the preseason game against the Seahawks, guard Robert Gallery threw a "cut block" on DT Broderick Bunkley which gave Bunkley a minor knee injury and took him out of the game. Kevin Vickerson got into Gallery's face at the time and said the block was " uncalled for". Gallery.later said he would do it again as the hit was perfectly legal. Gallery was completely unapologetic about the hit. Later, Bunkley would not be critical of Gallery's hit. See the following article about the event.:

Well, Bunkley, apparently carried no ill will toward Mr. Gallery, although, if he had not seen Gallery moving to block him at the last moment, the injury could have been more serious.
So, some people say, "what goes around comes around" or in another way of putting it, bad Karma catches up. Yesterday, in the Steeler game, Robert Gallery, suffered a groin injury which will require surgery and he will miss four weeks or more of play. See story at:

Paybacks can be a "B----"!

I do to but ...........
I do to but I doubt that Gallery would even GET the underlying message of that popular redneck comedy of a guy trying to put his Karma back in positive balance.
I find it sort of interesting
that we as Broncos fans were always willing to say, “Hey, it’s legal,” in the days when we were the most hated team in the league for our cut blocking but now that the shoe is on the other foot we get all indignant. Gallery made a legal block that had an unfortunate result for one of our guys. I guarantee that our guys will make similar blocks this year. Opposing players may or may not be hurt as a result. Like Gallery our players will say, “I don’t want anyone to get hurt, but the block is legal and I’d do it again because it’s my job.” It’s part of football.
