Astrological Influences of the Broncos-Patriots

This is what Legends are made of!

Last week I outlined the momentum shifts in the game between the Broncos and Steelers and things shifted according to the changes in the heavenly signs. Despite popular misconceptions, astrology is not about event prediction. No astrologer can take into one equation all the various factors (players, coaches, team charts, current cosmic weather, etc) and spit out a reliable answer. So I won’t be trying to predict the winner of the game. There are just too may variables.

However, over the years I’ve watched the astrology chart of the moment swings and have noticed trackable energetic shifts that correspond to momentum shifts in sports events. When a new Zodiac Sign is rising in the east, the power and meaning of that Sign and its planetary governor make their archetypal imprint on the current events unfolding. I think that the organization charts for the teams playing can be favored by these shifts, but in general, it’s up to the players on the field to grab that momentum when it shifts and make it happen. Any team an win on any given Sunday!

For instance, as I’m typing this the 49ers just scored two TDs (one off a pick) and then got the ball back on a fumbled kickoff for a bonus Field Goal making it 17-0. I was like, what is happening over San Fran right now? So I pull up the chart and see that Mars is on the 5th cusp with Uranus on the 11th cusp! Mars is about action and adventure and disasters and Uranus is about excitement and unpredictability and instability. We’ll see if the Saints can recover from a 17 point swing. I think they can. The more important thing is that we are going to be experiencing that same momentum shift in Foxboro tonight in the last part of our game vs. New England. The Nodal karmic axis (which is where eclipses happen) were rising over Candlestick in Gemini, and the 49ers, a team of the past (South node represents the past and is rising) took the momentum! We’re going to experience that in our late game too!

Tebow vs. Brady

So what are the astrological momentum shifts for the Divisional game against the Patriots and the Broncos?

First let’s look at the two leaders of these teams. We’ve got Tebow, who is a Leo Sun, Aries Moon, which means he walks the path of a charismatic Performer with the soul of a competitive warrior. As it turns out, he was born ten years after Tom Brady to the month, who is also a Leo with an Aries Moon, a mature leader who has been to the promised land of multiple Superbowl appearances and victories, and who predicted after beating the Broncos that maybe we’d see each other again...DUn DUn Dun DUn!

The difference is that Brady is Libra Rising (the sign on the eastern horizon that shapes a persons behavior and affects how they look). Libra is the sign of grace, harmony and balance governed by Venus (hence the pretty boy references!) and Brady has Venus in the most patriotic Zodiac Sign of Cancer making a square to his Aries Moon. But Tebow has Sagittarius Rising (by rectification) and his personality is more fiery and enthusiastic. Amazingly, both Brady and Tebow sport Grand Fire Trines in their charts...masters of motivation, leadership and charisma! Brady has his Leo Sun and Aries Moon forming a Grand Trine to Neptune (Deception, Elusiveness, Illusion, Glamour) while Tebow has his Grand Fire Trine between Leo Sun, Aries Moon and Uranus (Excitement, Improvisation, Invention, Unpredictability).

Broncos are Leo Sun and Leo Rising with Sag moon in the organization’s birth chart. We are a noble horse themed team with Mile High Salutes and the Bronco mascot. Patriots are Scorpio Rising Scorpio Sun with a tricky Gemini Moon. Scorpio is the sign of mystery, power, wealth, and secrecy and Bellichek (their coach) is known for secrecy and was even fined $500,000 for cheating by taping other teams practice sessions. With a Gemini Moon they are both crafty, agile and masters of strategy and trickery. Brady has his Mars in Gemini which plugs in perfect for running his prolific offense that simply takes whatever the defense gives up and marches down the field triumphantly.

Today’s Game!

But the game begins in Foxborough, MA with Leo Rising in the east, so expect the Broncos to have the momentum going in. They have nothing to lose and everything to gain. If they lose, they’ve already had a tremendous season compared to last years worst season ever, going 4-12. If the Patriots lose their third playoff game at home in a row, there will be hell to pay in the media and the collapse of the dynasty’s dominance. So the pressure is on the Pats. The Broncos, in order to win, need to score early and often, taking advantage of the Leo ascendant or grab the monentum late and force overtime.

Particularly 6:28 PM and 6:48 PM are crucial for Broncos to set their Leo Rising Momentum as the Ascendant (eastern rising point) over Foxborough at those moments will be conjunct the Broncos Uranus (excitement) and Sun Sign (Life-Purpose and Identity). Hopefully we can expect an early Mile High Salute if they grab the momentum. The astrological key to this game depends on it, really. If the Broncos can come out and punch the overrated Patriots in the mouth early, it will be a grand afternoon.

Mars is going to be Rising in the late game giving one team the motivation to craft a victory through a focus on precision and details. However, it crosses the 2nd House cusp of Resources at around 7:10 PM. Expect one team to gain a huge strategic insight at this moment that leads to some fantastic adjustments that lead to scores shortly thereafter. The 2nd House is very earthy and grounded. I expect some ground game prominence here, like someone scoring a rushing TD.

Particularly from 7:18 (Sun crossing the 6th cusp favoring someone getting hurt or being humbled or burnt) through 7:32 PM when Neptune and Venus are the first two planets to cross the Descendant (the setting angle). Neptune always makes things slippery as the God of the Sea. At 7:40 PM Venus sets, followed by Chiron at 7:49 PM.

Being that Brady has a Grand Trine to Neptune and is governed by Venus, expect him to turn it on right here. If the Broncos can rattle Brady at this key moment when his inner power kicks in, the game will go our way. It usually takes Brady time to warm up that stiff shoulder, but once he does, it’s usually all over after that.

So the Broncos need to do something amazing to blunt his momentum here, or they will suffer the power of Aphrodite (Venus) and Poseidon (Neptune) setting on the western horizon over Foxborough. This seems like one of the KEYmoments in the game! Chiron is the wise mentor, so expect both sets of coaches to make some key adjustments during this moment that will silently but effectively lead one team to victory! By the way, the Mars/Uranus energetic flow that gave the 49ers a huge momentum boost translating into scores is crossing the axis of currency through belonging. One team will definitely grab the power during this huge momentum shift! Unfortunately for Broncos fans, it favors the Patriots and Tom Brady in particular going into halftime. Not good!

A Dramatic Second Half

In the second half, the mental and strategic adjustments are going to be huge for deciding the outcome, especially since the Nodal Axis will be crossing the Midheaven (top of the sky) and Nadir (bottom of the sky) over Foxborough, the exact same influence that blasted the 49ers into the lead earlier in the day! Not only that, Mars in Virgo is approaching the Ascendant, and when the God of War rises, expect the fireworks to flare! Whichever team can tap that fiery rush of energy rising over the Atlantic seaboard will capture the momentum going into the final moments of the game. If the Patriots seize the moment, Brady will blow the Broncos out as expected. If the Broncos grab the momentum, expect Tebow to tie the game for a dramatic overtime bid!

The Nodes hit the angles (Midheaven/Nadir) at exactly 8:52 PM (late 3rd quarter/early 4th) and you can expect one team to go on a scoring frenzy. Then Mars will rise at exactly 9:31:25, about 3 1/2 hours after kickoff, which usually means the last part of the 4th quarter or overtime. Expect things to get dramatic indeed!

If the game does go into overtime, expect the Broncos to pull off the upset of the century, as Uranus is approaching the Descendant and favors the underdog, excitement and the unpredictability that is reflected in both Tebow’s Grand Fire Trine as well as the Broncos organization chart’s Sun-Uranus conjunction. And the 7th House usually indicates the visiting team. So if the Broncos can somehow draw the game out to that time (a longer halftime, injuries, clock management, instant-replay reviews, etc)

The Ceres-Uranus conjunction sets between 10:02 PM and 10:14 PM. I don’t know if the game will make it that far in terms of length, but if we go into overtime and the game drags on expect the upset to happen during that period because weird and exciting things occur when Uranus is on the angle! A huge underdog-favoring upset will be in the works. And with Ceres/Demeter/Gaia there with Uranus, there will be a marriage of Heaven and Earth. Uranus means Heaven in Greek, so expect Tebow’s powerful connection to the spiritual realm to prevail! Those witches performing protection spells on Brady will be banished to Belichek’s dark, secretive underworld.

One more thing..tonight I noticed that the Moon is in Libra on the Broncos North Node, the point of destiny. Hopefully Brady is affected by the dark side of the lunar influecne and has an emotional breakdown as it crosses his Ascending Sign! But the Moon in Libra aligned with the point of spiritual destiny in the Bronco Organization chart just seems really amazing!
