Billboard advice plz?

PrintYo, It's Roflcopter from Silver and Black Pride. We widely laughed at you guys for the billboard you put up demanding that the Broncos put in Tebow. Now, however, we find ourselves in a predicament which may require the use of one. Namely, the hiring of our next head coach.
Hue Jackson AKA Rex Ryan 2.0 is gone. We of Raider Nation find ourselves overwhelmingly desiring the return of Jon Gruden and wish Reggie McKenzie to know this.
Sooooo. . . . .
Any advice on how to do the billboard thing? (Laugh first and get it out of your system)
