A common notion is that employees are constantly being watched. When they arrive and leave, where they’re going within the building and who they’re talking to. Indeed, the technology exists at the Chiefs’ offices, as it does in many corporate settings, to monitor phone calls and emails. But here, some staffers even hesitated before using their cell phones or speaking inside the building, because, like Haley, they suspected that conversations were monitored.

Great news!
With Oakland management/coaching imploding and K.C. sinking in to paranoia it can only be good for our Broncos. The contrast between the Broncos style of management and the rest of the West bodes well for our future indeed.

so glad denver got that patriots poison out of its system.
so far it’s only proven to work when you have bellichick / brady. otherwise, there’s plenty of other ways organizations can win without going all neo fascist.
Agree
So many GMs, coaches, etc. think the correlation between their system, culture and winning equals causation, but it’s football and it always comes down to the players.
The NE way doesn’t work without Brady and Bellichick.
The Shannahan Way doesn’t work without Elway and TD.
Idk the Shannahan way
Has worked pretty damn good in Houston. That’s been a top 10 offense the past few years

Some would argue that the Shanahan way was in many ways the Kubiak way
Not the other way around. Shanny’s demise coincided with Kubiak’s departure…

It is good news to hear that the Raiders are back to rebuilding once again and the the Chiefs management is sketchy and that they decided to hire Crennel.
The only concern I have is still the Chargers who have the talent but for some weird reason don’t live up to expectations. If we can get 10 wins next year the division is ours. Hopefully John Fox can take us to the Championship game like he did in his second year with the Panthers.
Tim Tebow wears 3WM and drinks Tuscan whole milk.
not personally.
but he knows this guy…
