I am good with McCoy staying. He just completed his first year of play calling and can only improve, but if he does become a head coach, who should we look at to replace him, and what style of offense?

No thanks to Bates

I too am fine with McCoy staying (and developing) as OC, but if he were to leave, I’d be intrigued by Tom Clements, the QB coach for Green Bay.

ohh, I like the Clements thought. I would like to see them bring in a consultant at least who has a background in the option. The option style the Broncs used this year was a very sophmoric style (the players were the only ones who had a history with it)

if mccoy goes does that hurt tebow?

Next if McCoy does leave, I ron one would like to see the west coast offenwith tebow. Roll outs…especially to his left. A lot of play action.

I think for Tim to make the next step he needs to become more of a pocket passer with the option to take off and run. Tebow could become the best passer in the NFL if he can learn timely passing and reading defense. D around the league would have to respect his legs and arm. The true double treat!

Chip Kelly

Highly unlikely that it would happen. But with Tebow at QB, I’ll take the best option coach in the Country, let him come in and get some nice speed weapons (ex. LaMichael James) design a Offense like Oregon’s where they are centered around points and winning the #of plays battle. Like I said though highly unlikely, one that they look at him, two that he would leave his throne at Oregon to be an Offensive Coordinator

Dan Mullen

If the Broncos are really interested in exploring the spread option, Mullen knows more about the offense UF ran then anyone other than Meyer. He also knows Tim both his strengths and weaknesses very well. Long shot both because I don’t think the Broncos want to go that way and I don’t know if Mullen wants to coach in the NFL.

Can you find the 'W' in this mess? Tebow can.
