Rich Tuten is out...
I was wondering when this would happen....Maybe that means we can get Loren Landow?

Not really shocked
I would say I’m honestly surprised this didn’t happen years ago. The article talks about the late season slides as a possible reason, but I would also think all the pulled hammies didn’t help either.

I agree
It was very interesting that with no 2011 off-season training with Tuten and a shortened pre-season that the Broncos didn’t have many of the muscle injuries that had been so common. I know part of the fault must rest with the player, but something just wasn’t right.
Richard Simmons might be better than Rich Tuten has been over the past 5 years.

It's funny that you mention that......
He’s been running clothing-optional calisthenics routines at the raider training complex for years. Al would always personally supervise these gatherings.

Good. Time to bring in a younger buck that is more schooled in current weight training techniques.
We’ve been a more injury prone team vs the median over the last decade. Too many hamstring injuries as well.
Tim Tebow is Denver's 2012 starting QB. I'm not even kind of sorry that offends some of you (including you Elway).

We began this year with a ridiculous amount of injuries
this firing his been long overdue.
"If you went to the Fair with this guy and you played that game where you have to throw the ball through the hole..... he may never get it through the hole, but he's still gonna be walking away with all the stuffed animals!" Prime's commentary on our very own Tim Tebow!!!
"As iron sharpens iron, so will one man sharpen another." The Bible, by way of Tim Tebow.
"If I had to choose between an abundance of football intelligence, or football wisdom, I'd choose wisdom every single time...... John Fox has enough football wisdom to be carried in a dump truck." Me!
Finally, I think this move was a long time coming IMO. It seems every year we sustain an above average amount of injuries and I suspect
the strength and conditioning regimen had a role to play in not preparing our players well enough. I hope we grab someone good.
Tim Tebow wears 3WM and drinks Tuscan whole milk.
not preparing our players well enough...or preparing them too much.
the human body can only support so much muscle and bulk. Without steroids and or HgH the recovery process is much longer and therefore the training must be reorganized. The antiquated thought is more is more in the weight room but reality says that less is more. Hopefully the Broncos can bring in a coach that is more current and aware of the biological facts.
Victory is sweet, even deep in the cheap seats.

There is a clear pattern of decline every year for the last few years.
Something has to be done and it’s pretty plain to me that EFX are looking at every angle, every crick and cranny, no stone unturned…
Win, lose or draw, we are the Denver Broncos! 13-3 Baby!!! Until we ain't!

Thanks for everything Coach Tuten
You put a lot of years into the Broncos, including two Superbowls. Thanks.
