With Mike McCoy's recent headlines as a possible head coach, I thought it appropriate to analyze how his offenses have faired the past few years.
I'm not here to argue who is to ‘blame' for the lack of offensive production, but rather to find out if possible who is behind the offensive design? Can we look at some stats and figures to try and come to some conclusion about ‘who's offense' this really is? Probably not, but we can have fun with it anyway. I'm not here to argue as if I know who has more influence, I simply want to point some things out that may change your mind about who YOU think this offense belongs to and whether or not Mike McCoy deserves a serious look as an HC.
Please, write your opinions and thoughts below.
All stats were broken down/averaged PER GAME (due to the different circumstances). Taken from NFL.com. Time of possession was cut off, but they are essentially equal (1 minute difference at most).
