what i wouild do if i was gm
QB - Tebow is the guy but we need a backup like Dennis Dixon Pitt or josh Johnson tampa bay that can ran the opinion plays a guy to maybe draft K Moore boise 5th 6th round is a winner much like tebow RB mcgree and Ball are ideal spot starters great backup but in this offense we need a guy like M Bush oak D Williams or j Stewart car or think outside the box and maybe trade for a percy harvin tebow safety value at uf he can run the screen or play wr plus opinion at rb kinda killing 2 needs with 1 player
wr nice starters but a mid round guy or a 1 year fix like h ward could work here ward while he has lost a step can run block like a OL and catch 3rd downs conv
te maybe like a h-back guy but i do not see te as a huge need OL starterers are fine every team needs death through
D-Line WE Must re-sign at least 1 of buank and Thomas harev is ok 1 more pass rusher is nedded de/or dt LB MLB only maybe d connor or t davis if he can stay healthy both from car CB we need a num 2 cb and a starting Saf to push the young kids a vetenen i do not think dawk is coming back i would sign J Johnson QB M Bush RB H Ward wr trade for Havin b grimers cb d conner and t davis lb i would draft G or de first then cb t qb and i would try to trade for b pollard of balt brady killer lol i repsept ne a lot but to get where we want we must beat them and conectner adjust because for the next 2-3 years they will be in our way if we get by the west

I like the idea of taking a Guard in the 1st. Anyone you have in mind? I think Cordy Glenn would make our O-line a very dominant force.

Peter Konz maybe? Center, Gurad, Center, whats the difference when your getting paid.

Can you find the 'W' in this mess? Tebow can.
I'd prefer to take a Tackle
And slide Frankling to LG where I think he can be a Pro Bowler.

I actually like Franklin at RT. I think his run blocking is a asset on the edge. I would wait and see how he improves with his pass protection before moving him to Guard. Besides, he would be a really tall guard.

agreed
leverage is everything in the interior. those dl get under him and stand him up and he’s going to go backwards. if he can play low he could be awesome. but that’s not a given.

Right. But on the flip side of my comment, Cordy Glenn is the same height as Franklin and Beadles is only 1 inch shorter. Like you said, leverage is everything. It all depends on if they are “natural knee benders”.

yeah, i think he played left guard until the later portion of his jr. year.
so maybe he can do it. if he can get low he’d be a ferocious mauler. i thought he got better and in the end did pretty well at right tackle. i don’t think he has the feet to play left tackle, though. we must have the youngest, or one of the youngest, o-lines in the league. honestly, i’m pretty happy to stand pat and let them develop. we have more urgent needs elsewhere. what the o-line needs is kuper healed and depth.

Amen on this last part.

Don't measure yourself by what you have accomplished, but by what you should have accomplished with your ability.
John Wooden
Believe you can and you're halfway there.
Theodore Roosevelt
And another OG (or OT if Franklin slides to the interior OL)...
So we’d have: elite LT, top-tier LG, good C, experienced good RG, good RT.
Besides Zane Beadles being perhaps the best 6th OLineman in NFL, with Clark who I also consider a good backup.

I'm ok with him at tackle too, Diggy
I really think we should wait for 1 more year with another full offseason before deciding if we should develop him as a tackle or slide him at guard. It’s too early imo, to make a statement now. I agree with you: NO (for now).

That would be a pretty good offense, but
it would still need a QB! :)

EFX won't sniff even one of them.
They are trusting their own draft guesses as opposed to great trades.. Perhaps not a bad thing since we acquired not even one player for the J. Gaffney give -away. and they over-evalutated Orton.
Will be interesting to see who they chose in the 5th round (the compensation for our #1 WR)
Percy Harvin would turn the offense on it’s head………he burned us mercilessly not to mention he’s totally in Tebow’s groove.
