How come he’s not being used to help Tebow? With a track record like that you’d think it would be a no-brainer. Someone should bring this up to Elway.

So much for McD’s idea of hiring his teenage brother to tutor Tebow.

What is there to lose? I don’t think Tebow’s throwing motion is a big mechanical problem – but his footwork certainly is. And honestly, fixing footwork is easier than throwing motion.

Footwork is totally dependant on the OL

and the insistance for a “pocket”.

Tebow has had so many people try to mess with

and complain about his “mechanics” and “throwing motion” that it’s now all screwed up.

What he needs is film time with either a QB or a D coach or an O guy……to work on reading defences.

None, and yes I did say none, within the staff will do this. Now while his body is healing, is the perect time to bring in someone who will, even if only on a temporary basis. Won’t happen unless Tebow hires a guy on his own.
