Denver also hired strength and conditioning coach Luke Richesson, who spent the last three seasons on Del Rio's staff in Jacksonville. Richesson replaces Rich Tuten, whose contract was not renewed after 17 seasons with the Broncos.

To me, this is a bigger story than the JDR hire.
I’ve long felt there needed to be a change at this position.

Great to hear.
Tim Tebow wears 3WM and drinks Tuscan whole milk.
Guess we hired his wife too
Which is a good thing.
‘Tuten’ and ‘Groin Pull’ started becoming one and the same.
As a former Wyo guy who has had Luke as a strength Coach…..this is a great thing. Smart motivational, driven….he’s a great catch. I personally had no problems with Gutenberg, but I am damned excited about bringing in Richesson.

Tuten = Gutenberg?
Auto correct kills me… LOL!!!
This will be a great hire… Tuten’s message got old and stale like Shanny’s did. I think Tuten had been here so long, he just sat back and felt untouchable. I for one am glad he’s gone. No more hammies.
"If you went to the Fair with this guy and you played that game where you have to throw the ball through the hole..... he may never get it through the hole, but he's still gonna be walking away with all the stuffed animals!" Prime's commentary on our very own Tim Tebow!!!
"As iron sharpens iron, so will one man sharpen another." The Bible, by way of Tim Tebow.
"If I had to choose between an abundance of football intelligence, or football wisdom, I'd choose wisdom every single time...... John Fox has enough football wisdom to be carried in a dump truck." Me!
