Tebow 316
(Tebow Three Sixteen)
ESPN was looking for a name for this game/play. I think we may have found it.
I heard someone say it earlier today on NFL Network, not sure if it was intentional or not. But I thought it had a nice ring to it. Also it is fitting to Tebow especially. Obviously because he threw for 316 yards yesterday, but also as many of you know, John 3:16 is his favorite bible verse, and many will remember that he wore it on his eye-black during the National Championship vs Oklahoma.
The one problem people might have with this, is the line it crosses with religion. However considering, that our Quarterback IS Tim Tebow, I think it is appropriate.
Whether it will stick or not, I don't know, but it sounds cool. And it's a heck of a lot better than the garbage ESPN tried to throw out there this morning. Not sure how many of you guys saw, but they had Antonio Pierce, and Donovan McNabb trying to name the play. Donovan wanted it to be called,"The Decision"... Yeah no thanks Donovan, I want nothing to do with Lebron James. Pierce's was more interesting but still not that impressive. He called it TNT, because it was Tebow "n" Thomas, and the play was explosive like dynamite.
Like I said, I don't know if it will stick. I think it should. Either way that win was freakin' sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!
