Broncos-Ravens: By The Numbers

Elvis Dumervil's presence may decide the outcome of this week's game in Baltimore. - Grant Halverson

While it's true that stats don't tell the whole story, they are a good basis for discussion.

Two teams vying for the #2 seed in the AFC will face off at M&T Bank Stadium at 11:00 AM MT this Sunday -- the 10-3 Denver Broncos and the 9-4 Baltimore Ravens. The Broncos are riding an 8-game winning streak while the Ravens have lost their last two. This game could be a preview of a matchup that could recur in the playoffs next month and should be an exciting one to watch.

WEATHER: The forecast suggests that Thunderstorms are likely. That could affect the game since this is an outdoor stadium. The temperature range should be 74/46f.

ODDS: The wise guys in Vegas have Denver favored by 2.5 points and the Over/Under is set at 48.5

SERIES: The Broncos trail the Ravens (3-6) with all three victories coming at Home. Denver has never beaten the Ravens in Baltimore. The last time the Broncos won was on October 9, 2006 at Mile High by the score of 13-3.
