Xs & Os: How Del Rio Schemes To Create

Stay connected for news and updates

One-on-one match-ups or mismatches for Von Miller. Many of you are familiar with IAOFM, from which I took this link...There are several other Links within the article one of which provides snapshots/analysis of the Broncos' various defensive alignments...Forget about trying to chip Miller with a TE and if he's one-on-one with a Tackle, he can blow by with the quickest 1st step I've seen, or simply blow the Tackle up.

I, along with others, have mentioned that we have several versatile DLmen who can play all along the Line...We lost one at the beginning of the Season in Ty Warren, but Wolfe is really developing and Ayers has really been playing good Ball, making the most of game time opportunities.

I know that 'back in the day', Joe Collier schemed for Gradishar to make plays and it just makes sense...Put your best players in a position for success. Both Gradishar & Miller were/are the beneficiaries of an unselfish DL...That is a key aspect...Another key aspect is quite obvious...You need very talented players such as MIller to make this type of scheming effective.
