Tonight is Denver's 7th game on December 6

December 6, Multiple Years - Tonight's game against the Oakland Raiders will mark the 7th time the Broncos have played a game on December 6 since the AFL and NFL merged in 1970. It will be the third time the Broncos have played an away game on that date. In the previous six games, Denver has gone 4-2. They are 2-2 at home and 2-0 on the road. Four of those games have been against Kansas City.

Denver's two most recent games on December 6 were both wins. In 1998, the Broncos hosted the Chiefs and won 35-31. The most recent game came in 2009 when the Broncos played the Chiefs in Kansas City and beat them down 44-13.

Let's hope the winning ways continue against the Raiders tonight.
