The Broncos are keeping their cards close to their chest so far leading up to free agency...
Unlike some teams have expressed their desire to target certain players. This next 2 months will be very important for the Broncos moving forward and my guess is that they are all diligently working on inhouse FAs and evaluating UFAs and getting ready for the Combines next week…

From Porkchop
Tebow is working with Mezzone who:
Mazzone is considered one of the premier quarterback coaches in the college ranks.
I posted some Wikipedia about Mazzone but didn’t know if he is one of the “Premier” College QB coaches or not. Can’t always trust Porkchop, anyone else know of Mazzone and how good he is at coaching QB’s?

Haven't heard of the guy
Not that I expected to…but I am happy to see Tebow’s taking the initiative.
It has been in the fanshots for a couple of days now.
"I am not better than anyone else just because I play football."

I read those
but it doesn’t talk about him being a “premier QB coach”. Heck, if I train a NFL Quarterback does that make me a Premier QB coach, or just some bum they hired? It looks like he’s worked with a couple of rookies, but doesn’t really go into any length about why he’s a premier QB coach.
Just my take on it at least.

Whether he's premiere or not he has years of experience teaching some top QBs.

Thanks Kirk.
Almost time for the combine and teams franchising players :)

2 things from rotoworld
According to CBSSports.com’s Mike Freeman, the Browns’ front office remains divided on the idea of re-signing free agent Peyton Hillis. Some want to work toward an extension with Peyton Hillis while others prefer to part ways and draft Alabama’s Trent Richardson. “I think the draft option will win out”
According to SI.com’s Tony Pauline, Arizona State ILB Vontaze Burfict was “soft and out of shape” when he reported to pre-Combine training, and is now dealing with a hamstring injury.

I'll take Hillis back

I don't think so.
I just put it up for others to see. I had Clev taking Richardson in my mock on MTD the other day. Some thought it was stupid.

Here's another some have talked about getting.
The player rep for David Garrard expects the free agent to be recovered from back surgery by mid-March or early April, and insists Garrard is intent on playing in 2012.
"I am not better than anyone else just because I play football."
Tim Tebow
I think David Gerrard would be a good backup for Tebow with more upside than Brady Quinn who hasn't really played much if any since 2009.

I might be in the minority
but I actually think Quinn has really good upside. I was hoping to see what McDaniels was gonna do with Quinn before he drafted Tebow

Wes Bunting's interview with DT Brando Thompson was interesting.
The kid is no dummy and compares himself to DT Kendrick Ellis. Thompson definitely showed physicality at the Senior Bowl week and game…I just wish he was a couple of inches taller.
