Seeing Josh McJedi come up short in the super bowl was good. That joker was the OC of the NFL’s worst offense and a team that went 2-14. How he somehow got to participate in Super Bowl is a travesty and just one more example of the Patriots pushing the envelope in ways that lack taste or class. Just one more loop hole the NFL will close this off-season before Bilicheat comes up with yet another next way to steal a competitive advantage.
F that team. Glad to see them so disappointed.

Good week!
the Patriots lost! (I respect Eli Manning and Tom Coughlin a great deal, a-hole New York MSM, shut up about getting rid of Coughlin ASAP) and the Pro Bowl is in jeopardy.

Tiquan Underwood would have caught that last ball...
Belichick gets some bad Karma for his douche move of cutting a player hours from the biggest game
Von Miller and Dumervil are basically racing to see who's first to the QB...Love this feeling!!!
His name is “the player”, not Underwood. The Pats believe in a team concept. You know that!!! Same awesome culture McJedi tried to bring here.
And yes, watching them lose again was awesome!

A few misconceptions people don't understand
Underwood lost nothing, fans who really don’t know much miss that sometimes. Underwood was a borderline practice squad player who struggled all season. Now moving on from what a bad player he was, let’s get to more facts. The first is that he was cut but it wouldn’t have matter if the Pats had won, since he was on the team for 8 games he would have received a ring and the Super Bowl bonus. He lost nothing by being cut besides freeing up a roster space.
I can understand if you don’t understand what was really happening, looks like Karma, but once you look at the facts Underwood lost nothing, he’d have gotten the ring, he’d have gotten the bonus, and considering he played 98 snaps over the whole season, I can say almost certainly he would not have done much in the Super Bowl, even more so because he lead the Patriots in drops per attempted target.
I am happy to see BB lose another SB, but let’s not just make things up to make ourselves feel good.
I am a bear of very little brains and big words bother me.
He had a chance to play in the Super Bowl
Something that many players never get to do during their careers. He probably won’t have that chance again.
And it was swiped from him, so there was something to be had there.
If he was so bad, he should have been cut long ago, not on the eve of the biggest game of his (probably) short career.
He was cut 3 other times during the season
And brought back on and off during the season. I’m sad he was cut, but this type of thing happens every season, it happens to players at training camp, to players mid-season and to players in the playoffs. Underwood had no effect on the Patriots during the season, wasn’t the reason they were there and would still have reaped the benefits had the Patriots won. The events were sad, but happen often, the NFL is a business, and while I would be even more sad if it was a player who had accomplished something or had helped the team, but this was an on-again-off-again practice squad player who had 3 catches the whole season.
So do I feel bad, yes I do, but does this bother me beyond a passing guilt, no since this happens too often for me to be disturbed by every cut player.
I am a bear of very little brains and big words bother me.
the Patriots are frauds
even on Pats Pulpit, there are fans admitting Spygate looks bad and the Pats haven’t broken the stigma. They are the greatest charlatans the NFL has seen in my lifetime, talk to Amani Toomer about it, he’ll tell ya

Of course Spygate was bad
But that has nothing to do with the nature of what happened. I don’t really care for the Patriots, though I do like them more than the Steelers, but what they did is something almost every team does at one point or another.
I am a bear of very little brains and big words bother me.
can you prove this?
if you’re talking about acquiring “signals,” that’s why coaches cover their mouths with playsheets but no one has filmed in their manner either. That’s why so many coaches and players took to Twitter as soon as the Giants won last night and lambasted the Patriots. To me, it is telling when your peers disrespect you. Players know what ’s going on out there better than anyone else

What does this have to do with anything?
People mention Spygate when it comes to the Patriots because it’s meant as an automatic win, similar to 9/11 for a few years after 2001. Spygate means nothing to the conversation about the long time trend of players being released during the playoffs.

absolutely
if Belichick planned to cut him, he should have done it two weeks ago, it looks really bad and I’m not interested in advocating for Belichick, he’s a fraud, Spygate is the Pats’ hat to wear

It's sad he couldn't play
And I wish there was a spot on the team for him, but sometimes it just doesn’t work out.

the really stupid thing in addition to this is
the player who was activated, Alex Silvestro, had no impact whatsoever. As a former captain of a championship winning football team (yes, it was only podunk high school in rural Utah), I call BS on Underwood having no impact on the Patriots’ success. You need EVERYONE to contribute, yes this includes meat squad/scout team players, which Underwood was generally. I think the timing was douchey and I’m far from the only one., former and current players say so as well.

Where will he go?
I knew Del Rio’s son would cause a stir. I hear he’s a pretty good QB. If I were him I go where Easy Eddie and Dawk’s kids are currently going, Valor Christian. He will probably end up at USC for college.

Im sorry but i have to interject
Im 20 years old and I feel like the mature one here. Karma? Cheatriots? Scumbag? Big Ben has won 2 Super Bowls, obviously no “upper power” would influence or effect a football game, if there is a God why they hell would he care about football when theres a billion people starving in this world, this is why the Tebow thing is so dumb, all of these guys have “sinned” and mostly all are very religious, no team or player is better than another.
Most of the Pats players were playing for MHK, they put their heart and sole into every snap of every game for that lady, stop being jealous of the guys who continually kick our ass because they are better football players.
Sorry for ranting that stuff is just a pet peeve.

we are one team Brady has had trouble with traditionally, this year is not reflective of everything that has happened in this series, it’s time for the Patriots to come back to earth, let’s regain control of the AFC!
