I'm tired of all the talk about all the "Tebow lovers" who have "taken over Bronco country." There seems to be a whole lot of generalization going on. Just because you like Tebow doesn't mean you aren't a Bronco fan. Let me tell you a little about myself.

I can only speak for myself, but I was born and raised a Bronco fan. I'm not the oldest guy around, but one of my earliest memories is watching "The Drive" on tv. All the adults turned the kids loose downstairs to play, while they watched the game. I remember frantically scrambling trying to tune the tiny tv downstairs to the game. I was glued, while all my playmates continued playing house or whatever the hell they were up to.

My parents have an old home video of Christmas. It makes me laugh because they filmed me opening all of my presents. I got a remote controlled car, some GI Joes, and other awesome stuff for a young boy to receive. Then, it came time for my dad to open his. All he got was a hand made Broncos sweater. I immediately dropped all my toys and came running. I was bouncing around like a jackrabbit yelling, "Look at that! A Broncos shirt! A Broncos shirt!!"

The Broncos have always been the biggest focal point of my life. So much so that I even had a talk with my wife about it before we got married. I told her that I'm fine with anything else, but when the Broncos are on, that's my time. I'm not a religious man, but consider the game my church. I'm serious as a heart attack about that to this day. She knows too. When my son was born in 2010, my wife started going into labor in the middle of the game! Guess what, she waited to make the trip to the hospital. And we beat the Chiefs 49-29-Boom!

So yes, I'm a Bronco fan and don't try to tell me otherwise. And yes, I like Tebow as well. Get over it.
