Let me start by saying that I had a fantastic time watching the Broncos last year. It was exciting, it was frustrating, but all in all it was awesome. I expect more of the same this coming season but I'm hoping that between now and then someone NEW helps Tebow with his motion. I like the top of his release. I like how he's holding the ball higher and not letting it drop in his windup. I think his footwork is getting better. My problem: as he starts his arm forward he bends at that elbow and drops the ball behind his head and shoulders- causing the tip of the ball to point up in the air. He needs to keep the ball from "getting behind" his head/helmet. Here is a video I found of his UCLA workouts.
I see progress, but I'm hoping they see the problem and are working on fixing it.
