This really puts the Dolphins in a hole, and could potentially lead to them offering Alex Smith a gigantic contract (compared to what they might have offered otherwise) and possibly lead Manning to sign with SF (or at least push SF to offer near or more than $100 million).

All things considered, this probably isn't good news for the Broncos on the Manning front.
