Question on Tebow?

Hello to all! I'm am new to this site. I usually read the posts and articles on this site to get all the Broncos information. I currently live in Mississippi so all I hear about is the Saints. My question on Tebow is if the articles and statements are true that he was working with Steve Young in California and John Elway in Denver was he not progressing the way that a third year quarterback should? I know that Peyton Manning is a future HOF. Going after him made alot of since due to the fact that he upgraded the quarterback position greatly for the Bronocs. I remember watching the games that were national televised here in Mississippi and it seemed to me that yes he did bring magic and enthusiam to the team. Once the team got behind for example in the first Patriots game it seemed that the throws were something you might expect from a first year varsity high school player, not an NFL quarterback. Before you say I'm not a Tebow fan, I am a huge fan. I loved watching him play. You never believed that the game would be lost. I will miss seeing him in the orange and blue. Anyway just wanted to see what others thought of Tebow's offseason progression. Thanks and go broncos!!!
