So it has been a slow weekend when it comes to free agency action, but it's not over yet.

UPDATE 11:58 AM ET: The Arizona Cardinals sign former Steeler CB William Gay. The Broncos were one of the teams looking at acquiring Gay though they hadn't brought him in for a visit.

UPDATE 12:39 PM ET: While not FA news, it is news, the NFLPA has elected a new president, Ravens CB Domonique Foxworth, and he will replace Kevin Manae. Foxworth won unanimously.

UPDATE 1:36 PM ET: WR Chad Ochocinco restructures his contract to remain with the Patriots.

UPDATE 5:23 PM ET: Broncos continue to have talks with former Steelers QB Dennis Dixon.
