Looking to turn your Tebow jersey into a Manning jersey?

Don't bother. Unless you have easy access the Broncos style numbers and can get nameplates made for the cheap, it won't be worth your time or money.

So, I got stuck with a brand new #15 Tim Tebow jersey I bought last month. It's one of those "authentics" that had the sewn on numbers and nameplate. I bought it off of my cousin, who got it new but it was too big for his skinny body.

I did some research and by the time you could acquire the four #8's you'd need (two big and two small) plus the Manning nameplate, and get someone to do all the sewing work for you (if you're a single guy like me and have a frustrating time sewing a button back onto a shirt), then the $50-$100 it would cost for all the shipping, materials, and labor is not worth it.

Not when Amazon.com is selling good quality "authentic" Manning Broncos jerseys new for $50.

Dammit. Oh well, I guess some kid in Africa is gonna have a sweet looking Tebow muumuu soon. Or, I could keep it and one day ask Kyle Orton sign it for a gag gift.

Maybe one of my friends from UF will want it.
