I just finished reading an article by Michael Hiestand of USA Today suggesting that instead of the New York Jets hosting the HBO show for the second time in a row (with the lock-out last year, Hard Knocks was not on, the Jets were shown last in 2010), they should consider New Orleans Sean Payton-less bunch or Denver with Peyton Manning and John Elway.
But as a Bronco fan outside of the Front Range, where the only Broncos news I get is what I can glean off the internet via MHR, the Denver Post, SI.com and CBSSports.com, I would love to see the Broncos upfront and personal and get to see the weekly goings on in Dove Valley.
Think of watching Manning work out his receivers, watching Von Miller and Dumervil go through their paces. I get goose bumps!
The folks at HBO have got to be weighing in and thinking the same thing as Mike, the two biggest stories of the offseason, Peyton's new place in Denver and Payton being banned from New Orleans for a year.
Poll
So, what do you think? Would you like to watch Hard Knocks, the Denver version?
