Men, Women, Children, Family, Friends, and Fans it’s almost here. Being around football now for almost 20 years I feel it. My mind is controlled by one thing, my heart beats faster, my bones become stronger, my skin is getting thicker so I know football season is near. Camp opens up this month, Preseason games are just about a month away so if I’m feeling it I have to think that one man isn’t just feeling it but is simply being controlled by it. Here is his story:

I am the greatest since,

I am the ultimate competitor,

I am the reason how the game is played today,

I am the reason they built the stadium,

I am the reason teams fear,

I am the reason Defensive Coordinators can’t sleep at night,

I am not the name of the franchise-I gave the franchise its name,

I didn’t just break records-I rewrote them,

I didn’t just climb to the top of mountain-I moved it,

You saw me as finished-I see me as reborn

You wanted youth-I want to finish what I started

You hung my picture only to take it down

I am healthy again

Time is here again-Are you ready? I once hated this man, now today I bask in his glory. What once was now shall be again. Not since Elway has Denver had a QB able to take this team to the next level. His time is now, our time is now, and Denver’s time is now-better hitch up to the wagon before it’s too late.
